Holidays can bring on all kinds of thoughts,  anxieties, and shame. One way to manage these is by redirecting or even challenging these thoughts when they come up.

It’s definitely easier said than done, but might be worth a try. Have you ever been able to redirect or challenge your body-shaming thoughts?
