Disordered eating
Hi so recently I have gotten cellulite on me and I have been avoiding foods that cause me cellulite and I have been eating clean and sometimes when I treat myself to something like wine or popcorn I’m afraid of weight gain and getting cellulite. And so anyways I have been suffering from disordered eating.
@bubbleLemon2832 I have loads of it, and I have found peace with it. Yeah it looks ugly, but you know what? It fades! THat's what I always tell myself anyways :)
Yeah that’s true but it’s my first time having it and I don’t know how to accept myself because of it
@bubbleLemon2832 I can understand that. I have spend many years hiding them. It's only a few days ago I decided that I was tired of long pants all the time and t-shirts but no tank tops, so I put on a tank on day, and a pair of shorts the next (I haven't owned shorts in about 13 years, neither tanks for anything but at home) day which was glorious. But it has taken me 13 years to accept it :)
Also I have self harm scars on my upper legs, which is the other part of myself I had to accept to be able to wear shorts.

I'm glad you're here and sharing. It can be very frightening to eat fear foods, particularly with what might happen because of eating them or reactions from them.
Have you shared this with anyone else so you have support?
I hope you will continue to post about what you're worried about and how things are going for you. You may have concerns about the cellulitis and eating certain food, but you are not alone in those fears, nor the disordered eating. You are safe here. It's a judgement free zone.
