i hate my body. i gained some weight and i feel so bad about it. i just feel so ugly
Hey. I think there’s a healthy aspect to not being happy with being overweight, as long as it pushes you to make changes and be healthier. If all it’s doing is making you depressed and anxious, then it will just make things worse. That aside, you should never hate your body or feel ugly like that. Can you describe your situation more and how you’re feeling in more detail? Was there anything specific that caused you to feel that way?

Please don't beat yourself because of it. Try to be patient with your body!
I've been feeling the same way lately. I've always been thin but since the lockdown gained some weight from eating badly. Nothing fits me anymore and it can be discouraging. I try not to look in the mirror because I don't recognize myself.
