Why we binge then we starve, then binge.

The main problem here is the factor of Guilt

This is the reason for this whole cycle

Although it is possible that when we know when we feel bad because we binged. So we try to abstain from food and go in a low calorie deficit state that starts our starvation mode.

As a psychological reaction we over consume so we accumulate fat/energy to help us survive this upcoming period of lack of food and energy.

Then we feel guilty again.

So what do we do?

1)Be aware of this cycle

2)Accept the fact that we did and be okay with it, just tell ourselves that next time we will be mindful.

We will still eat, but just a smaller quantity. Bad thing is that Everytime we do it we strengthen the "neuron formation" in our brain that is adopting this behavior

This is why the first few times are usually harder and the more you do it the less harder it becomes.

It's like this 📉 It's like we are"decomposing that formation responsible for this.

It will be much much easier 21 days from now.

It is so okay if you failed just continue and know it is a natural part of the way to recovery.

Be aware because when you hate yourself like that, it feels threatened and comes back at you unconsciously with something called "self-sabotaging"

You're beautiful, I love you so love you too, please?

You owe it to yourself, no one else is gonna do it for you in this world, cause no one can. It has to be you and only you.
