Forgetting to eat/ ignoring hunger

Lately my schedule has been really thrown off, and I've been struggling with eating consistently and listening to my hunger cues. In the past I've lost a lot of weight because I just wasn't taking care of myself and eating regularly. Any advice on how to reduce my anxiety around constructing meals and try to heal my relationship with food?

Hi @Valentina301 {{hugs}}

I was wondering if you set your phone alarm for the times you want to eat that should encourage a pattern to emerge natually. Perhaps if you begin my giving yourself small rewards each day you manage to eat healthily, this may encourage you food association. As you begin to eat better and notice how much better you feel, I can't help thinking you will want to continue to build on this.

Remember, baby steps initially <3

@Valentina301 When I forgot meals I used to set an alarm, so I could "remember" to eat :)
