...See more Lately my schedule has been really thrown off, and I've been struggling with eating consistently and listening to my hunger cues. In the past I've lost a lot of weight because I just wasn't taking care of myself and eating regularly. Any advice on how to reduce my anxiety around constructing meals and try to heal my relationship with food?
