Is it bulimia if you starve and then eat something small and go throw it up? I have never binged on something but if I eat an 'unsafe' food, I will go get rid of it...

No, not yet. I am not ready for recovery since I don't believe that I have anything....or anything big.....

When I stopped thinking I was enough and developing symptoms and someone pointed it out
