Hello Beauties! I'm so glad you've found me here on 7 cups, I am a trained active listener and intern whom specializes with eating disorders, and weight issues; as these were struggles of my own. I enjoy studying as I am in school for nutrition and psychology, I also enjoy reading and running with my dog. I know it's scary to reach out for help but it is amazing to overcome our fears and dangers, we want the same goals: health and happiness!
