getting bad bad dreams again

lately I've been dreaming that I'm back at my lw(---no numbers, just I was on the verge of death---) where all my clothes don't find and I have to come out to friends and family again - who treat me like s.hif again. I will mention this of course to my therapist but any you have any way to kinda soothe it a bit? because it's killing me inside. Thank you dears.
