...See more lately I've been dreaming that I'm back at my lw(---no numbers, just I was on the verge of death---) where all my clothes don't find and I have to come out to friends and family again - who treat me like s.hif again. I will mention this of course to my therapist but any you have any way to kinda soothe it a bit? because it's killing me inside. Thank you dears.

...See more Okay so I've been bulimic for 6 years, and the other day I was binging as usual when I notice my cat starting to stare at me. I was almost finished so I was about to get up from the chair and go to the bathroom, when my cat literally jumped on my legs and sat there until he fell asleep. He NEVER sits on anyone's legs. I started crying. I think he knew something bad was happening and tried to help however he could. I did NOT purge. Bless his fluffy heart. πŸ’žπŸ±

...See more Hi everyone πŸ’• for as long as I can remember, taking care of myself has been something that completely drains my energy. Brushing my teeth, washing my face, let alone take a shower. I'm heavily medicated so that doesn't help, but even before I was, it was just as hard. Any tips on how to make these tasks easier? I think about them all day and "just doing them" doesn't work. :( at the end I'm completely exhausted. Edited by Asher, 7/16/21
