Mixing up words

Mypigjava June 19th, 2016

Idk where this post should be, sorry.

Sometimes I screw up words. Like just now I said musky instead musty. I'll be close with the words but it will be one letter or consonant wrong, sometimes it's still a real word just not the word for the situation, sometimes it's not even a word.

Is this normal, do other people do this?

@Mypigjava

I can relate and until I read this, I didn't realise it was that obscure, but yes, not as much with writing words but speaking yes!

I have been told that it is a sign of hyperactivy and anxiety x

@Mypigjava Hey, honey. There are countless reasons why this might be occuring in your experiences. Without checking in with a physician, it can not be possible to explain why what is happening with you is happening. The issue can stem from very temporary and minor issues, to varied learning disorders, to more serious physiological concerns. The chances of the more serious causes are VERY MUCH less likely than other sources of this problem-- which by the way, is often classified as dysphasia or aphasia.

Always be careful about using unreliable sources on the internet, but here are a few places to get you started, in case researching is your thing. All of these are vetted resources, so it is unlikely they are simply "making this stuff up" or inaccurate.

Good luck on your journey of self-discovery. I hope you find the answers you are seeking.

Hi! I tink instead of posting such delicate issues on the interet, it is perhaps better that you consult an expert. this could be something serious or something extremely trivial. For your sake i hope it is not anything to be worried about. But the main point is you should get yourself checked out by a medical expert. Here you will find a many suggestions but you never know if they are to be trusted. It does not hurt to be sure what the real reason is.I wish i could help you ore, but tis is all i got for you.

Thank you :)

@Mypigjava Dyslexia? I read about this in one forum. The girl wrote that for her it is difficult to write correctly, she confuses letters, but her brain says that everything is fine. There is such a thing in speech. Read it. She copes with this training and practice not without the help of other inspectors. Support is important and necessary
