my main diagnoses are: dysautonomia, a neurological condition where the involuntary aspects of the nervous system are effected (i have heart issues, stomach issues, migraine and sleep issues, kidney issues, lung issues, and hormonal issues); L5 transverse spondylolysis/spondylolythesis, which means one of the bones on my last lumbar vertebrae is deformed and can put pressure on my nerves; and fibromyalgia, which is a pain disorder that is intensified by the other medical issues i have.
