What is your best self-care approach when you're going through a difficult time?

Maybe your health hasn't been the best recently, or maybe you're in a flare. Or you're feeling down because you're still dealing with unsupportive remarks from people about your condition.
Whatever it is that's got you down, I thought it would be nice to identify and share what you do to help you feel better, so it could help and inspire others to consider their own self-care plan.
So, what is your best self-care approach when you're going through a difficult time?❤️

@SilentSerenityy
I love this!
I have a couple different ways of practicing some self love!
I love a good skin care evening where I really take care of myself, face-masks, full skin care regime!
I enjoy playing cosy comfort games like Animal Crossing, or Sims :)
and lastly, tidying my room makes me feel more clear-headed and productive!

@SilentSerenityy. I’ve been feeling very weak and exhausted due to health conditions. I’ve been doing self care by resting in bed, taking naps, and listening to music.

With the lack of professionals massages I got myself a massage gun, sometimes it's self-care, sometimes I get help from my husband. Still miss having the real ones from an RMT but the massage gun is pretty good.
When things are particularly bad, I try to get lost with audiobooks or podcasts, the meds can help a bit with getting lost in them too.
