@sadProgrammer i have arthiris in my back and im always fatigued. Dont know what to do for the best half of the time

I was diagnosed a year ago and there are days when the fatigue is worse than the pain.

Has anyone found any way to cope with the fatigue?

Does it get better or worse over time?

@iaskedamonkey. I cope the best that I can by pacing my activities and a lot of rest breaks.
