Sorry I am late again with the checkin. I am done with medical procedures for now so I should be more alert now.

I’m okay. My country won its first ever gold medal, and we won several silver and even a bronze. I guess my favorite though is a skateboarder we have, she’s very funny since she loves to photobomb 🤣

I'm disappointed with myself lately. I've let my body get out of shape, and blamed my disabilities; when a bit of self monitoring would have gone a long way. I've gorged on sweets and greasy foods to comfort myself when things have gone wrong, and now my body is in even worse condition. I am looking at an uphill battle of work to do to get healthy again.

@AnonMou5e Try not to be too hard on yourself. It is easy to get into that spot and takes so much determination, dedication and self discipline to get out. I'm in that spot myself. Do what you can and take pride and pleasure on all of your victories no matter how small. It's a long road. I wish you well and I offer you my help in any way that I can.
