This is lovely, but expecting people to stay alive for other people strikes me as selfish. Let those who are suffering end it, if they must. Personally, I believe I'll be reincarnated into a worse life, so I'm seeing this through, but damn, life is hard.

Just a few hours ago, I was thinking - why am I here.

Things were and are overwhelming for me these few weeks eversince last month from the day of my birthday celebration till today. It would be too long a reply to state every single thing that happen to me eversince then. I know some people gets it worse than I do but.. it honestly felt lonely, it felt depressing, it felt empty and lost like I was floating above the ground and never once grounded into a situation. Even now at this moment as I am trying to pour my emotions out because it has been too long of control that I am being distracted from doing work.

It really felt lonely when
- no one could see that you're struggling to get your pieces together
- no one could empathise because not a word is said and it was too sensitive to be shared
- high performances are still expected
- your guard is always high and never down and weekends were never rest days; no self-care days
- highly emotional person and everything just demands a practical sense out from you or even a smile which is so difficult
- you could not be your own unique self because your job sort of demands another self out from you

there are a lot more.. but I feel is so heavy for a lot of people to deal with and I do not wish to trigger anyone to feel worse than I do..

Your post is indeed inspiring and it reminds even people like me who was contemplating on living, it is an effective 'STOP' sign to questions of living. Thank you very much for your post.
