would you date a girl with scars
K so I've been cutting for almost 3 years now. I'm gonna be hopefully getting help for it but what I'm really worried about is that no one is gonna want to date a girl with scars on her thighs ...so I just want to know if this worry is valid ..has anyone experience something like thsee thoughts. Any input would be helpful. Thank you.
I used to date a girl with scars. We broke up for other reasons but it didn't bother me a bit. Everyone has baggage...it's the people that help that are worth your time. Don't be embarrassed or ashamed. Everybody is fighting a greater battle whether it Is visible or not.
I would and I am. Her scars don't make her less of a person. After a few weeks I stopped seeing them all together. I just see her for, well her.
Any person who wouldn't date you because of your scars, or would even comment negatively on your scars is not the kind of person you want to date. But don't worry, there are people out there that are going to love you and not care about your scars. Going off of what someone else posted, everyone has their scars, physical or mental. But if someone truly loves you, they don't care about any of that.
I also have a lot of scars on my thighs, and I've talked to my boyfriend about it, and he doesn't mind them. If anything, he's glad that I trusted him enough to tell him about my past and the stuff that happened that led me to self harm.
I have terrible acne scars on my cheeks from picking/popping my pimples (I pick at my skin and pull at my hair whenever I'm anxious because it calms me down, I guess that's my form of self-mutilation), and I have a wonderful boyfriend that absolutely adores me. Don't worry, you'll be able to find someone that doesn't even notice. Promise.
Haha. Most people here are using as as the word for cutting but I also have a few. Aslo my whole chest is scar tissue from an accident.
I would give any girl a chance so long as she gave me one. I would help the girl if I could, or at the very least just let her know she wasn't alone.
Everyone has their own battle scars in life. All we need to do is find the right person who would mend ours and who will allow us to mend theirs :)
Anyone who judges you by your scars isn't worth the effort! You are beautiful BECAUSE of your mistakes
to my ex bf, scars weren't problem... if the person doesn't want to be with you only because of scars, then THEY have a problem, not you. because really loving someone means accepting every single part of that person, even if it's good or bad. and people who avoid me because of scars, and there are bunch of them, can only s**k my d**k.
Im a girl but im abot 95% sure im in love with my best friend. Her scars are one of my favorite things about her especially the one in her eyebrow. I think scars are something you can be remembered by, and often something a person might even love.
