Im trying with multiple concussions and trying to figure things and not feel lost. But my wife to be keeps me going. And said if she wont give on me so i can't give up either

Counselling, medication, using an S.A.D. lamp, spending less time online/looking at screens, eating less junk, getting more sleep, exercise, listening to the radio - these things temporarily make things better, although depression is like a rollercoaster and keeps coming back
