hopeless
i haven’t eaten consistently in like two months. my stomach hurts and i don’t have any groceries. i only have $11 until next month. i don’t have anyone to reach out to because all my friends think i’m toxic and my fiancé left me. my family lives a state away cos i moved out here like a dumbass. i don’t want to breathe anymore but i don’t have any energy or anything to do hurt myself with. i haven’t been able to sleep since last week and i’m miserable. everyone i try to talk to gets drained and stops talking to me. i feel stupid for even trying to reach out. i don’t know what the point of anything is.
That sounds so so so rough. Hopelessness. Target behaviors, abandonment, No money or food. I’m so sorry. I’m praying for you. I don’t know what to say to help but I’m here for you and I empathize and validate you

There are professionals to help through medi-cal or whatever your insurance may be. Professionals can better direct you even to medical insurance. Do not give up, ask, seek, knock, keep on praying. Maybe calhope.org may help. They have a warm line. There are many resources. Do not give up. Ask of the Lord of everything. Our ability to produce, fruitfulness comes from him. Both calamity/disaster and fortune are from him.

Before sometimes brushing my teeth was the only thing I can do. And it is good enough! :) Baby steps are good enough. Celebrate every tiny step. No matter how small, it is great! It amounts to something. Once in my travels as I would go by foot. Every penny I came across I picked up. When buying items at the store it helped to give exact change, it helped to complete my tithe, it helped me not make one more run to the bank to wait in the long line to withdraw change. Micro things make a big difference.
Now a days, the most I can do is pray, go to the restroom, relieve myself of the toxicity in my body, for the well being of my body. Praise the Lord I have access to a toilet! Snack on things, study my bible, help the tiny bit I can with making sure the dishes are washed, dried, and put away, sometimes cleaning the stove so others do not cook with it dirty so it will not be difficult to clean further ahead, moving everyones laundry along so the laundry does not get backed up, doing my own laundry so I do not clean around the house in dirty clothes making everyone question whether it is hygienic/clean, taking a shower so everyone else does not worry about hygienic matters and feeling grossed out. That is most of what I can do most days. Other days I might have time for other things like composting or going out to get a needed resource, or helping with dinner cooking, etc.
Sometimes the one little thing one can do is good/great enough. :)
Your own self thanks you for it/will thank you for it.
Perhaps there is an Aldi near by. They have sometimes very low prices. Sometimes they sell limes at 7cents each. Other times they have sold ~3lb bags of yams at 19cents/lb. Beans are a good source of food. And vegetables are very much needed for a happy stomach. Plus all vegetables have protein. Not incredibly high amounts as meat. Nuts sometimes have a higher amount.
Sometimes our diets have to adjust to our budgets. There is the economic vegetable diet which according to my class text is called the Thrifty diet plan(beans, vegetables, rice, fruits, etc). Other plans are the Moderate diet plan for a budget that can afford greater variety, then there is the Liberal diet plan which one can buy whatever they want regardless of cost.
In my case it has helped to learn how to cook and investigate how to make some of my own snacks. For a protein shake I learned for my budget it is best to eat pistachios or eat peanut butter with celery since I have to make budget adjustments sometimes. I learned to shop at grocery outlet, aldi, the sales, at dollar tree, 99cent store, etc for school supplies, and vegetables, biglots, etc all economic stores, finally the higher end grocery stores and other stores if what I look for is not something the other stores carry.
In addition to going to food pantries that also help save money and are a great resource when I mismanaged my budget or other things are outside of my control and the resource is needed.
Shopping with coupons helps. I once bought several of my self care items at walmart which totaled $26 dollars after the coupons were scanned the total came out to $20. It helps a lot.
I met this lady who pointed out dollar tree and said "I see dollar signs there." Also at the dollar tree nearby I see a ton of dollar tree customers that have decent cars and are well off in their personal care and other items like their cellphones because like the lady said, "dollar signs are there." They make budget cuts in areas that are possible to afford whatever other items that require better quality like their vehicle, prescribed glasses, medical care, medicines, on things that are a bit more important.
I am not saying buy a poor diet. Vegetables, beans, and other healthy foods can be bought economically, canned food is not necessarily bad if selected right, low sodium, the least additives one can find, etc. Rice, grains, pastas, oats are necessary and healthy. Mexican markets I find are a very thrifty source of vegetables. In my area there is Lassens, Farmer Sprouts, Winco, Target, Walmart, along with all the other high end stores. Who knows what is in your area?
A car is outside of my budget and I am not allowed to drive. I have run several stop lights which could have ended badly, was not conscious enough and almost ran over the sane pedestrian twice, caused a very terrible car accident that had no reason to be caused. My license privileges are blocked. Which is in many ways a blessing. And makes public transportation a great blessing
Finding things to do that help me relax helps me, too.
There are also self-help guides on this website.
Libraries are economic, too, and a great way to meet the community and be involved with them in a positive way forgetting about troubles for a bit. :)
(It is best to suffer for doing what is good/things that are required to do, our job, training, requesting a help, service, education, cleaning, etc even though it is painful and we do not want to suffer through it and say we will do it later or when we feel it will not cause so much stress. It is best to do what is required and suffer through it not believing the excuses. We will suffer anyways. When we do it we will suffer. However we will have relief because we got help, we finished our training, we got our obligations done, we were diligent, etc and now have the fruit of what we conoleted though suffered through. Otherwise had we not done the good and suffered through it, we would still be suffering because it will still need to be done and our postponing it will have complicated things further ahead, we developed poor teeth health, our cholesterol is up, we got fired from our job, we are not able to afford our visual care for we were not diligent with our diet budget, in my case, and so it affected my budget for my visual care, etc. It is better to suffer for doing what is good than doing what is bad.)
I pray to The Source of all existence who is Commander and Chief of everyone and everything, who does not disappoint anyone who trusts in him, who rewards those who have even a small seed of faith in him grant you a very very making most out of every opportunity day, keeping in mind we will have trouble in this world but take heart! He has already overcome. We will suffer anyhow it is best to suffer for doing what is good, positive, loving than for doing what is bad/not good. I pray to the Source that sustains you, awakens you once more each morning and so loved the whole world that he loved us despite our hating and killing him, who does not love us because we love him, but because he loves us, who spends his time devising and devising ways to love us and bring us to himself out of love for us, who his no is for our highest good, who is a Lord of Yes and Amen, who satisfies our desires with good things grant you a very very good day. Amen. Amen.
@samara22
Sorry I lied. I exaggerated things so one would not feel terrible. However, it is a lie. Not the truth. Actually counter productive. Leading into even more problems. Especially if one thinks that is the only thing one has to do and will keep repeating it obsessively to solve other problems. Taking care of all other problems difficult things will resolve all other problems. For the Heavenly Father is with one. Longs to be gracious to us. (Isaiah 30:18) He is always with us in all our other task. Cast your cares on him for he watchfully cares for thee. He helps us in all our other task for he is in all our other tasks as well.
Believe. He is love and rejoices with the salvation of all human beings. Does not delight in the death of anyone. He is Love. Always set about to do good.
Sorry I myself need to stop being self-absorbed, rejoice, let things go, and rejoice of all one gets to do whatever small or great good it is. Rejoice of being of help. Rejoice of greeting others. Sorry.
And of course, it is okay to talk to others.
I highly doubt thee is an extremely horrible person.
We all have maladaptive skills of getting what we need and even more so when trying to get what we want. All human beings can always learn. Always need to learn. We are to keep growing in increasing measure.
Planet Hollywood is a model of everything wrong to do/unwise, unservable, useless, worthless, wasteful, unworkable, unprofitable, unbeneficial, contrary, unrealistic, etc. No offense.
Sorry I made sure to brush my teeth when going out somewhere. Hated to brush them at night and would skip on it a lot of times when younger. Even as an adult presently I am very tempted to skip it. Presently, I still have trouble washing my face at night. I still skip that.
I am really no one to tell you anything.
---------But we still have to take care of all other things. I still took care of other things, not thoroughly nor responsably enough obviously or else I would not be here either.
However, I am sorry. It is not good advice to just brush one's teeth if that is all one can do. For there are many things one can do. As I said, on those days I still had to continue with my day and do all other things as well.
As I said there are days where the only joy one has is one small thing. Do not think of it as if one can do just one thing to brush teeth. No. In that case if one can do only one thing then make a wise investment and target one main thing one would like to do/achieve/is necessary/life essential (and causing stress because it needs to get done and one is in need of help), modifying it/making it at one's current ability and progressing forward. As the book Tiny Changes by BJ Fogg explains. Tiny steps, slowly but surely. I can do all things in he who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13). Progress not perfection. One will never achieve perfection. For we are always learning. One must always be learning and improving. (2 Peter 1:3-11).
Terribly sorry.-----

FYI: I still have to get baptized other's say Jesus Christ did not start doing miracles until he got baptized. However, all throughout the prophets had been doing miracles as well. The parting of the red sea, the man that came alive when being thrown in with the bones of Elisha who had a double portion of the spirit of Elijah, the holding of the waters when Israel crossed a river, one of the prophets throwing a branch where an axe fell in the body of water causing it to float, another prophet bringing a dead boy back to life, the multiplying of food into 100 for the disciples of the prophets, the neutralizing a poison in a pot of food.
There is no impossible for the Lord. His plans are never thwarted.
If you must know. If it matters or is important.
Myself:
I wonder what makes Jesus Christ the savior the only one who is like and the very Lord of all creation?
Born of the Holy Spirit not man? The Lord himself? Never sinned? (How was he able not to sin? Having his Father's love ever present.) (Faith/belief in my case) Out did the other miracles by multiplying 1,000s of times more, raised the dead after 3 days, not after they had immediately passed away? Having command of the seas and wind? Having power to heal from a distance as the parable of the faith of the centurion explained? Being able to command trees to wither?
May the Lord of all existence who all glory, majesty, power, honor, praise, authority through Christ Jesus and in his name grant you a very good day. Amen. Amen. Amen.
@kingkierantyler
*faith of centurion not a parable but an actual event. - Never have I seen a faith like this-
Apologies.
The Lord of our being who guards our life sustain and hold you in the palm of his hand. Amen. Amen. Amen.

Ecclesiastes 5:12
New International Version
12 The sleep of a laborer is sweet,
whether they eat little or much,
but as for the rich, their abundance
permits them no sleep.

Hebrews 12:1,2
New International Version
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us,fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
New Living Translation
We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.

The joy of heaven for us. To get to it we must turn from heathen pleasures and prefer affliction. (James 4:1-12; Job 36:21) His joy set before him: The joy of him bringing us with him. The joy of us being able to be with him.
I would not really know. I do not easily forgive. Which is not being obedient to him.
He promises us a hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)

Joining a bible-based church can greatly help! They have life groups to help with support. Some life groups for Life Celebration/Recovery from whatever can afflict one.
Reading a good book (poems, fun books, visual explaining books: ex how to be interesting book, whatever is healthy and soothing not distressing for one, design books, books of places around the world, children's books are fun, children's how to books, or whatever book you like, even if it be boring to others, etc just that it be not heathen or else your circumstances will go even worse) can do very good to one as well. Connecting to others ahead of us, with experience, after all they worked to learn how to write, researched what they wrote about, or had the experience, passion, investment, dedication, and learned how to publish, are more stable and can help, even if simply just to connect to someone else and get one's thoughts off one's worries, struggles, sorrows, frettings, loneliness, etc.
I pray to The Lord of The Universe he grant you a good day in Christ Jesus name. Glory, truth, victory, success, triumph, life, all we are, all we have, all human beings, all nature, animals, seas, all 7 winds and seas, all earth, everything to him, he is the Commander and Chief of everything and everyone including satan and his fallen angels.
