i haven’t eaten consistently in like two months. my stomach hurts and i don’t have any groceries. i only have $11 until next month. i don’t have anyone to reach out to because all my friends think i’m toxic and my fiancé left me. my family lives a state away cos i moved out here like a dumbass. i don’t want to breathe anymore but i don’t have any energy or anything to do hurt myself with. i haven’t been able to sleep since last week and i’m miserable. everyone i try to talk to gets drained and stops talking to me. i feel stupid for even trying to reach out. i don’t know what the point of anything is.

zeal without knowledge is foolish, too. Education is a requirement of the commandments as well.
FYI: I have received many years of mental health services, i have been hospitalized numerous times in a 5 year period, with a first hospitalization at age 15, and seen numerous psychiatrist since that age, that would be 18 years of my life. Most things that were useful. All education that was necessary. The bible helps make sense of everything.
Mental health services are useful. Being humble, prudent, acting justly, merciful, obedient walking with the Lord is the best solution. Being honest casting all sins that hinder is best. Friendship with the world/sinful nature is enemity towards The Lord of all Creation.
Best yet is a bible. Since all things are from him, of him, then why not just ask and consult The Lord of All Life and Creation about our struggles. Proverbs helps.

He is a Lord of All life who sends wrath when he can no longer endure our wickedness in hopes that we will repent. All earth and heaven and everything and everyone has it's being in him. He would know everything.
I did not understand that because everyone kept telling me "no we were not bugging you, no we were not talking about you, no we do not know what you are talking about that we are of course denying our gaslighting," etc,because I did not understand that others have 20/20 vision sometimes 20/15 or better and I have 300/20 vision or somewhere around there. And because I kept talking to everyone even though I could not see them for they were in the occult, all of us denying the truth, and I was slandering everyone and of course talking about things that are very true yet being told to not talk about things that I needed help with, and fornicating/masturbating and fornicating and aborting thinking no one would know. Because they told me no one will know, no one is there, when there is no where one can go where the Lord of All Life is not watching aware. Of course he would know everything.
I hope he can help and perhaps forgive me.

When I was a child I do not entirely recall if I always brushed my teeth before going to school.
As I grew older, I recall I rarely brushed my teeth at night.
To me even today brushing my teeth at night is a triumph.
The days when all I could achieve was brushing my teeth, I would brush my teeth and spend the rest of the day troubled. I had difficulty with everything else. Although, I would still try to get other things done. What I meant to say is sometimes there are days when all that gives us joy and we are able to do right is one tiny small thing.

But we still have to take care of all other things. I still took care of other things, not thoroughly nor responsably enough obviously or else I would not be here either.
However, I am sorry. It is not good advice to just brush one's teeth if that is all one can do. For there are many things one can do. As I said, on those days I still had to continue with my day and do all other things as well.
As I said there are days where the only joy one has is one small thing. Do not think of it as if one can do just one thing to brush teeth. No. In that case if one can do only one thing then make a wise investment and target one main thing one would like to do/achieve/is necessary/life essential (and causing stress because it needs to get done and one is in need of help), modifying it/making it at one's current ability and progressing forward. As the book Tiny Changes by BJ Fogg explains. Tiny steps, slowly but surely. I can do all things in he who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13). Progress not perfection. One will never achieve perfection. For we are always learning. One must always be learning and improving. (2 Peter 1:3-11).

All other things I got done were burdensome but I completed them the best I could with more adequacy than my studies which I cannot say the same.

Other things that might help are:
Volunteering to get one's mind off of struggles, worries, is great.
Libraries are a good way to be involved with one's community, to work on education. Inter library loans for a fee are available. Libraries hold events.
Being part of the community is important. City council is a good way. We are not alone.
Working on education if necessary, career. My father went to conferences for his profession to be a prepared worker. I had a subway job where we had to watch videos for proper instruction of all procedures. I did not take much notes. I met a worker who had a binder with printouts, notes, a lot of details to do his work superbly. I asked if I could have the product of his dedicated, diligent, thourough work. Of course he said, "No" and treated me with malice, wickedness, hatred, provoking envy as everyone does.
Bible based churches have life groups to help with healthy lifestyles and have fellowship with healthy others who can encourage one another.

Newspapers and magazines are a good more realistic way when consulted with the Lord in reference to his word and him to be part of the community.
The bible can make sense of everything.

Our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the hallow deceptive lies of satan who leads the whole world astray. (Ephesians 6:10-20)
Remember to love one another. To love our neighbors as yourself is better than any burnt offering or sacrifice. (Mark 12:32,33) Obedience and mercy is better than any burnt offerings or sacrifices.
Have faith, belief, confidence in the Lord and do what is good. (Psalm 37:3) To increase one's trust in him, applying the Law of the Spirit of Life in daily life is helpful.
Keeping away from bad influences is a command as well. ( 1 Corinthians 15:32-34)
We chase after clothes, food, shelter but Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well (Matthew 6:25-34)
For the love we all seek: He is Love. (Matthew 9:36) we love because he first loved us (1 John 4:19).
He did not come to condemn the world but to save sinners. He delights in the salvation of sinners. (Romans 5:10)
He wants all to be saved.
He freely pardons all who turn away from sin/evil and turn to him.
