What I'm doing for me
Today I am.going to do something good for my emotional well being. Today and every day that I can. Today I think I am gonna blow off my plans with a crappy friend and go for a walk. What's your good thing gonna be?
Today, I had a pretty good day. When my feelings started to get bigger than me, I asked for a friend to just sit with me. Some days are better than others
Today I went to therapy and let my bipolar psycho b%&$ loose on someone. Lol, I have wanted to tell them how I feel but didn't want to be rude or "inappropriate". But I let it fly today. I feel 100% better
Today I relaxed. Spent time with friends. Prepped cookie dough for tomorrow. Rmeinded myself that I am loved
@Need2findMe. I am going to also walk, I have realised I am shutting myself off. So if I achieve a walk at least I will have took a positive step
