For me cooking is amazing!

1) Can go at your own pace as fast or slow as you like

2) Can be done socially or by yourself

3) Enjoy the process and satisfaction of creating something

4) Amazing reward of being able to eat the final product at the end

5) Leaning a skill and expanding your knowledge about cooking

6) Take home reward of being able to add a new dish to your repertoire for future occasion.

7) Attractive to opposite gender and a great way to please your friends

I don't know why I was compelled to showcase the joys of cooking so much but there you go (I abridged this quite a bit too).

I will try to cook more :) I have never thought about cooking in this way but it is so true. It is one of those activities that can give you pleasure and at the same time sense of achievement when you have the final result. I have been lately meditating with an app called Headspace. I found it great and challenging at the same time. It is actually hard to learn how to meditate properly since we have been so used to get distracted or multitasking in this society. I recommend it to you :) all the best @Heyanonhowwasyourday
