Just make it stop
I feel horrible. I'm miserable. I feel physically ill and I want to go to throw up. I can't think straight. I feel like I'm being eaten alive. I just want to go to sleep and never wake up. I just want it to go away. I just want to be out of my misery.
@GoldieLox98 I know how you feel, and I know it's hard to live feeling like that. I don't know what kind of person you are spiritually or religiously or whatever, but something that may help you is to go outside (if it's nice out) or find a clear spot on the floor of your room (or a room with a wood floor if possible) and take a moment to meditate and mentally cleanse yourself. You can look up meditation routines online. I always feel better after meditating. Also, there are relaxation tapes right here on 7Cups, as exercises to boost your Growth Path. If meditation isn's something you're comfortable with, try the Plath bath - fill the tub with hot water and relax in it. Commit the pattern of the ceiling to memory. Reflect on your emotions. Or, just relax. But don't fall alseep or go underwater!
If these techniques aren't really your thing, just talk to someone. If you don't want to talk to a person, talk to a pet, or even yourself! You can also write down everything you're feeling and everything that's bothering you.
