I don't think I'm alright

dreamingworlds February 19th, 2021

Honestly, I'm not sure if it's depression as I never got diagnosed with anything ever. But I indeed just don't feel okay? I thought things would change, that I would change and yes I've noticed I've had some good moments but I genuinely feel there is something just not alright with me. I feel like I don't change as much as I want to, or basically don't really develop myself in some way. I'm still here and somehow can't break this cycle of bad habits and bad thoughts. I don't know why it's so hard

Just because you feel good some of the time does not mean that you may not be dealing with mental health struggles. You know yourself better than anyone else can, so I believe you when you say you aren't okay. It might help to consider what direction you would like to go in, and what small steps you can take, not to achieve that, but to even begin the journey. Have you considered seeking profesional help if it is availble in your life?
