Holding too many different jobs
I'm depressed because I can't seem to stick with a job for very long and have problems working. I've held too many different jobs in a short time frame
@aquaKitten9729 I hear you, Kitten. Holding so many jobs at the same time must be unimaginably exhausting for you. Nonetheless, that really shows how great you are as a person for braving life and keep going with all its hardships. I hope there will be a better opportunity for you anytime soon. Wishing you all the best!
@aquaKitten9729 I'm sorry to hear that depression is causing these problems in your life. Seems depression has led to several job changes in a short period. What do you think you can do to remedy this situation?
@aquaKitten9729
I completely understand that question. Maybe you should start by making a list of all the things you enjoy doing. Then match them with potential jobs!
@aquaKitten9729
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with job stability, and I appreciate your honesty in sharing this with us.
It's important to recognize that everyone's career path is unique, and facing changes in employment doesn't diminish your value or capabilities. Job transitions can really be complex.
This is important: your well-being is a priority. Be patient with yourself and focus on understanding your strengths and interests. Identifying patterns and seeking professional advice (ex, guidance counsellor) can contribute to making informed decisions about your career path.
We're here to offer support and guidance as you navigate through this <3.
Wishing you strength and resilience, big hugs, Angel

It must be stressful to have a hard time holding down a job. I'm sorry it's been making you feel depressed lately. What about the jobs have led to you leaving? Like the others here have said, maybe finding that pattern can guide you on what to look for in your next job. Also, you say you have problems working. What kind of problems would those be?
I and the other listeners on 7 Cups are here for you if you want to talk to someone :)

It must be difficult to feel like you're constantly struggling with your career, and I can understand why that would lead to feelings of depression. It takes courage to admit that you're having trouble, and I'm really proud of you for seeking support. Job stability is important for a lot of people, and feeling like you're unable to find that can be really disheartening
what aspects of work do you find particularly challenging, if I may ask?
