Having troubles

Need a little help. Had a rough night which usually leads to a very rough day. My depression is getting worse and I don't see my therapist until next week.

I'm having same feelings. :-( Are you able to get out of the house and do anything?

Sometimes I am, but usually only if my mom wants me to go somewhere with her. I usually am not able to motivate myself to go on my own anywhere. I do not have much will or motivation to do anything anymore.

I understand. I only get up and go to work bc I know I have to. If I don't absolutely have to go somewhere, then I stay home. Do you work or go to school?

No, I don't work. I am on disability due to my depression. The only time I get out is when I go out with my parents somewhere.
