Coping Methods

Hello everyone!

I'm curious to know what some of your coping methods are, when feeling depressed. I like to paint, because getting in "the zone" really helps to distract me, and it eventually goes away for a moment. However, I am looking for more ways to cope. What kinds of healthy coping methods do you turn to?

I try to get involved in my hobbies or do little self-care things. Taking a shower, doing some dishes, cleaning up the house a bit, sometimes being productive in some small way helps alleviate the feeling of worthlessness. I try to do some exercise or embroider too.
