Hey everyone -
Was thinking it might be useful to pool our resources and share our strategies for self-care. The things we do to take care of ourselves before, in the middle of and after whatever is happening for us. Let me know what works for you below and I'll also add it to the list! Self-care seems to be a personal and dynamic thing - what works for us one day may be different as we change and evolve, so it could be good to have some extra ideas on standby.
