what was the last book you read that you really liked?
hi everyone, i hope everyone's doing great.
things have been SO tough with school and life in general, it feels like all i've ever been doing lately is studying for tests and submitting assignments.
we have to remind ourselves that we do deserve a break and some free time often, i like to spend my free time reading books! so if you happen to stumble upon this thread make sure to take care of yourself today and suggest me some awesome books you've read recently.
have a great one until then.
I read one last night called Boulevard. It's really good for teenagers cuz it's a youth romantic novel.
I read it when it was in the platform of Wattpad and now I read again but in physical book. 💖

Avid bookworm here! I've got plenty of recommendations that I read a while ago, but of which I like to frequently reread. :3
Books that cope with life via humor and heartwarming commentary: Loading Penguin Hugs by Jacqueline Chen and Dancing Through Life In A Pair of Broken Heels by Mickey Guisewite (warning: light adult humor in the second book)
Books that transport you to another world and another time: The Winternight Trilogy by Katherine Arden, which consists of The Bear and the Nightingale, The Girl In The Tower, and The Winter of the Witch (warning: foul language and some adult themes)
Books that encourage you to think outside of the box while going on an adventure with the characters: The Mysterious Benedict Society trilogy by Trenton Lee Stewart, which consists of The Mysterious Benedict Society, The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Perilous Journey, and The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Prisonner's Dilemma. There is also the prequel, The Extraordinary Education of Nicholas Benedict, and the sequel, The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Riddle of Ages.
Books that point out the beauty and wisdom in the simplicities of life: The Soul of An Octopus by Sy Montgomery and The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (warning: the topic of death is touched upon in both books)
Thanks for the icebreaker! Always happy to recommend books. (^_^)/
The Wife Between Us was such a good book! It was clever, well written I reread it immediately after finishing it!

I love this post! As an avid reader, I devour so many good books and my 3 all-time favorites will always be The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, A Tale of Two Cities, and A Picture of Dorian Gray. I love those books and I reread them so much more than I'd care to admit haha
Wild Sign, Patricia Briggs. The newest of the Omega series. I absolutely loved it. But I am a fan of all her work.
I'm currently in the process of reading the novel version of Dear Evan Hansen because I am a big fan of the musical. Loving the book so far and I treat it like it's my baby
