What do you love about yourself? (don't ignore this because you feel like the answer is "nothing"!)
This can be an incredibly hard question to answer, especially when you feel like there's nothing to love about yourself. One time I was feeling really down and someone told me to think of 5 good things that happened that week and I struggled for a long time trying to list 5, but I felt better after I had done so.
So, list 5 things you love about yourself. Take as much time as you need.
Here's my 5 for inspiration:
1. My hair (the curls are great!)
2. I'm "unapologetically myself" (this is something a friend told me a few months ago and it really stuck)
3. My eyes (sure, they're a plain brown, but they're beautiful)
4. My growth mindset (I'm not perfect, and I know I can't be, but I'm always looking to grow and improve who I am)
5. My aesthetic (it doesn't take people long to know skulls and roses are my thing)
1. I am kind. 2. I am supportive. 3. I am understanding and accepting. 4. I am still not giving up. 5. I am always grateful for what I have.

1. I'm really self less, I always put others first. Sometimes I think it's impossible for me to be selfish.
2. I'm great at listening. I observe and read between the lines and allow others to feel seen and heard.
3. My hair. I used to hate my hair but now I accept all the pretty curls and frizz that comes with it.
4. My ability to write and perform spoken word poetry. It's really my passion and the only place I feel heard and seen and able to fully express myself.
5. My handwriting. I know it sounds shallow but I naturally write in calligraphy without even trying. Everyone comments on it so it's kind of grown on me. So I guess I like it π
This was honestly harder than I thought it would be but I'm happy I did it π
#1 I don't give up
#2 I'm really strong
#3 I'm adventurous
#4 I'm creative
#5 I like my hair (when I'm not brushing it) π
@curvedmanager74 my physical feature: my hair (lol, ik)
My emotions: My ambition
I love that I am able to take care of myself when I need it. I love my physical body with all its imperfections. I love my brain even when I know it is being very negative. I love that I think a lot about things because I do not make decisions or interact with people lightly. I love that I made myself realize that I have value.

i love the fact that I know how to respect and embrace my emotions and give myself time to recover when I am going through something. I feel that I am emoti emotionally strong !

There are no imperfections in our beauty
@ang0317
I love my unique attributes such as my left eye which is mostly brown with a spot of blue in it. I love that my eye which is the gateway to the soul is unique and it parallels the uniqueness of who I am as a person. I also love that I am open about who I am except for my mental health which is something I am trying to work on.

i can make art sometimes
My new resistance to failure
If I had to pick something, that I still look after my children.
I might not be very good at it but they're always fed, clean and safe. I hope they're happy too.
@rala2116 being a parent is one of the most important and valuable things a person can do.
My stubborn ability to ALWAYS find at least some kind of silver lining in ANY and ALL situations as bad as they are. My DH says I'm a diehard optimist to the end. And also i give no F@$!S whatsoever about what people think about me and i try my absolute damnest to not judge anyone bc i dont want to be judged.
that i care about people
I have enough self-awareness to understand that I'm a garbage excuse for a human being.
