Cautiously hopeful

My husband is going through something and it feels good to be there for him and I know he appreciates it, but as with all things I know this too shall pass. I am just waiting for him not to need the support and play one of his emotionally dismissive games.

I still struggle with interdependency. I tend to either shut ppl out and take care of everything myself or burden another being with too much responsibility for my wellbeing.

I still have not mastered any semblance of balance yet

@mikenai22

You nailed my underlying unease

I haven't been able to pinpoint the problem I can just sense that there is something not quite right

@neatCucumber2064

hi cucumber, sometimes there is just some thing that felt aching. we (I) may know internally what it is that is kinda not right, but mindfully not being aware what is. or just not willing to accept. perhaps thats for me.

alternatively is to spend time - like online suggested to sit with yourself to reconnect and "understand/self-ask" what is not right, what feels wrong. and from there explore the issue.
