I often do too.

What is it you feel anxious about?

I try and stop to question wether or not the thing that's getting to me I can actually do anything about. If the answers no, I try my best to let go. If its yes, I can do something to feel proactive.

@kindStrings3073 Well, 40 mins ago, I was really anxious about a doctors appointment. The last doctor appointment I had really hurt, so I was nervous. Luckily, I just left. They didn't have to do anything big, which was a big relief. Ever since I was little, even before my anxiety came as a disability, I've always been anxious about any kind of doctor appointment. I wore my headphones with classical music, but there really wasn't anything else I could do. I mean, I wish my dog was with me, that would've been a huge help!

Sometimes you can prepare for things to help be less anxious, but sometimes there really nothing you can do. Especially if your super anxious.
