If your current mood was food, which food would you be?
So I think this is an interesting game. It may sound funny but I think it can help us to understand and reflect our current mood :)
If my current mood was food, I would be right now small squares of dark chocolate, since I am feeling glad for having helped someone today to feel better, so as you know dark chocolate can cause the brain to release endorphins and boost serotonin levels, which means better mood :)
By the way, this game also reminds us how food can influence the way we feel. So think about your eating habits and specific food that might help you feel happier and more energized.

Honey bunches of oats. Because I'm probably possibly healthy? But I can't always be sure. And I feel... kinda sweet/good, but my mood and body feel unsure and inconsistent. I had a good day but the night is starting to get crunchy.
I feel like a fish stew. The kind that simmered for so long you can't identify anything fishbones included.
