...See more Hey everyone (: I hope your all doing okie 💙 and if your not (': we *do* care about you and we would really love to be there for you whenever you need us. 💜 I really hope you know that you don’t have to do this alone, buddy.  i don’t know what your going through right now, exactly. i don’t know how you feel (': but i’d like to remind you that it *is* okay to *feel* 💙 and it’s okay to take your time when figuring things out. it may be hard to explain how your feeling as well and i get that. 💜 (it’s important to take some time for yourself also 🥰 please do try being kind to yourself 🥺)  and some days… it just feels like too much, doesn’t it? we feel like we can’t take it anymore, we can’t go on anymore. Things just get too overwhelming, life just gets too hard… and hope seems like a distant dream. i know i’ve felt this way many times (': i think many of you might be able to relate 💙 but honestly, i need to remind you that there *is* hope, and you really can keep going. your never ever alone 💜 and you’ve never been truly alone.  And even though you might have never seen it, you are strong. stronger than you think you are. You’ve come *this* far and I am so so proud of you. i know it hasn’t been easy. i’m so proud of you. 💙 i’m sending so so so much love your way 💜 you deserve it, you really do 🥺 we love you, we care about you *always* and yes, there *is* hope for you. 💙 i promise.  🌙 Ni 🌸 @HealingTalk

Idk but must be INTP/J When I was younger I'm sure I was INTP, but now.. I think I'm at the middle. What about you guys ?

...See more Hello everyone! My name is Cassie and I have been a Therapist for 17 years and have been on 7 Cups for almost five months now. In that time I have spent most of it with clients who sign up to speak to a therapist. However, when this new role came up I knew it was something I wanted to try. Depression and its buddy, Anxiety, are probably the two main reasons that someone seeks out therapy. There are other versions/combinations/reasons, but these are the most common. So it seemed a natural fit to what I walk others through everyday. My role in here is to help you so what I am interested in, is what you are. So what type of topics would you like to hear from me? Let me know and I will do my best to share some of my small bit of experience through helping others in this journey with you.

...See more Ok so I am in an LDR and right now... Honestly it feels like hell. His mother is making it increasingly hard for us to communicate and I just wish I could have a big hug most nights... I have few friends here where I live and I actually mean a couple when I say that soooo.... yeah. Two people... both are older then me and already in college so one doesn't even live "Here" anymore and the other is closer but busy all the time... So most of my support still comes from my boyfriend though I can't actually get any physical support and crave for even a pat on the shoulder to gain some human contact. Having a LDR is getting increasingly hard just because I need physical contact with SOMEONE! Anyone else feel like this? Or know how it feels from experience? Advice would be nice... I'm not bailing or anything I just want to know if there is any help for the feeling I am currently feeling or not... thanks.

...See more Hi I am 30 years old and have had depression most of my life. I am highly stressed and have no hope for my future. I can't stay awake and although I work, I never earn enough to have a reasonable standard of living. I wanted more from life but now I just see it's pointless and want to sleep. I have no friends and never had any. I am having treatment for my depression but it is described as treatment resistant depression, I also have social anxiety disorder. I never have energy to do anything. I have very low self esteem and don't know why I even try.
