What does it feel like for you? Feel free to share
@Sunrisestate0fmind Hey there Sunrise! Thanks for sharing with us π« It takes courage to express our feelings about our mental health. I'm so proud of you βΊοΈ you should be proud of yourself too!Β
Personally I interpreted the photo in this way : the person in the photo is scared because of a monster (depression). Depression the monster causes persons to feel despair.
Would you like to share what this photo actually represents to you?
You're not alone in this π«π we're here to support you!

Thank you, and yes you did interpret it correctly. The monster represents depression, the zipper on her mouth represents how many of us stay silent in fear of people criticizing us and not understanding. The other thing about the picture, is that she is in black and white while everything around her is bright yellow. This is how it feels for me, while it seems bright outside, inside, it is dark.Β
@Sunrisestate0fmind Woah that's deep. Thanks so much for sharing with us. Remember that you are strong and even though it may not seem like it sometimes you can't beat the monster and regain your color! We believe in you πππ
@Sunrisestate0fmind wow, i'm impressed to see how much you've been able to represent with that picture, and really love how well you've represented it. i can agree that depression is scary like a monster or something. *sending warmth and hugs if okay* π«
the zipper part i think is a little detail with a pretty deep meaning. if that's how you feel too, like you can't talk about it, i get it, i feel that way too in real life. but you do know that you can talk about it on 7 cups, right? even here not everyone will understand but some are sure to understand. i'm around if you wanna talk, okay?
also i like how you've used black and white and bright yellow to show how it really feels for you inside. i know it's really hard when it's like that in our lives. and it sometimes feels really weird too, like how can so much darkness even exist in our heads when outside it's okay? but it sadly happens and i understand what it feels like. i'm here for you if you'd like to share more. and i hope one day things get better for you. π€π€
