The yellows are perfect to add some sunshine and hope hehe, love the layout and message here, you're too good at this!💛
- Share Your Hopes: What are you looking forward to this month?
Working through some goals, and at least one solo date!☕
- Your Mental Wellness Goal: What's one small step you'll take this month to better your mental well-being?
Hopefully getting consistent at some physical activity, as I now realise what a massive impact physical health has over mental health and vice-versa, they are intricately related and interdependent! (Started walking yay)
- New Year's Resolutions: What resolutions will you make to prioritize your mental health in the year ahead?
Saying Yes to things that'll allow me to challenge myself positively, and Saying No to everything that's not benefitting my mind, body or soul in anyway!
How about you?🤗
Wishing you and everyone coming across this a very blessed new year ahead!💛
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou Hello 😊 I'm glad you like the yellow! I wanted us to enter the new year on a sunny note 💛 Those all sound really good! I hope this year you get to accomplish all of that.
I definitely don't mind sharing my answers! Here are mine :
- Share Your Hopes: What are you looking forward to this month?
I'm looking forward to starting my new school semester especially because this semester I'll be taking courses that interest me like biological psychology and neuroscience.
- Your Mental Wellness Goal: What's one small step you'll take this month to better your mental well-being?
One small step I'm planning to take this month to better myself is getting rid of my people pleasing tendencies by saying no more often/not committing to more things I can handle and working on prioritizing my mental well-being first.
- New Year's Resolutions: What resolutions will you make to prioritize your mental health in the year ahead?
Improving my time management skills, meditating often, practicing yoga and/or exercising, practicing affirmations and gratitude.
@Angelanj
Aw much appreciated friend, thank youu! The yellows are definitely screaming sunny!💛
Ooh those are some very interesting courses, I hope you have a great time learning!
It can be difficult to say No at times, specially when there's a conflict with people pleasing tendencies, but yes please always remember you cannot pour from an empty cup and you don't even have to. Sometimes saying no to someone means we are saying yes to ourselves, and that matters more! Boundaries and self care for the win, always!
Wonderful ways to nurture your mind, body and soul. How is it going for you so far? Cannot believe we are almost at the end of this month hehe! 💛
