Just wanted to share I actually managed to shower today. I know it's small and stupid but I don't know where else I can tell that's a victory without people just laughing at me. So ye, I did that. All clean

That must have been refreshing, Sleepy! That's great 🌈✨ Small victories are a step forward, so that's not stupid at all. There are tough times when even a simple tasks for many can be so taxing.
