REMEMBER YOUR ANCESTORS

When you’re in a deep struggle with depression, in your hardest moments, realize that that same struggle is what created you. 

Do not give up. Because one day, if you ever have kids, them existing will be because of all the struggle you’ve gone through too. And you’ll get to see a living, breathing example of just how beautiful it really is. 

Struggle creates life. And you deserve to be alive.
