@Tinywhisper11 Hey there tiny whisper! I'm so sorry πŸ˜”πŸ˜ž I totally get that, sleeping somewhere that's not in the comfort of your home makes it difficult to sleep. I'm wishing you speedy recovery so that you can go home really soon! πŸ’žπŸ«‚

I'm so proud of you for drinking water and eating enough. I'm also proud of you for trying to be kind to yourself and others! It sounds easy but it isn't always so kudos to you!! πŸ’—

Glad to hear you're feeling hopeful πŸ’— keep hope alive. Wishing you a terrific day! If you need anything don't hesitate to private message me πŸ’– I'll be on 7cups until Friday. I start my self care break then and return Dec 1st.

Sending you warm hugs πŸ€—Β

I need to make water intake a habit. It influences so many other things mentally and physically

@rainydaytown maybe getting an app like plant nanny would help to encourage you to drink more water? Yes! Being dehydrated improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood. It also helps to regulate body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Drinking enough water can help your mental and physical wellbeing for sure!
