Im done...

Selfloveisimportant September 9th

I honestly dont know how much longer I can be okay with out callopsing and breaking. I have been clean for 2 months, but during these 2 months, I have tried to keep this happy character up, All about self-love and mental health. In Reality I really still struggle, I just got tired of my moms being over my shoulder all the time. If she thinks I'm okay maybe then she will leave me alone. If my friends think im okay maybe then they wont drop me as fast... Maybe if my siblings think I'm okay I will be a better sister.....Maybe if my boyfriend thinks im okay then it will last longer?

Or maybe then I will just collapse and end up in the hospital again. Im not a good nothing and I know it. I don't know how long I can go, Im broken and ready to say forget it all. Im too fat, To ugly, to weird.....Im just a f*k up and I know it.

I'm truly sorry to hear how overwhelmed and exhausted you’re feeling. It sounds like you’ve been carrying a heavy burden, trying to maintain a facade of being okay while struggling internally. It’s incredibly difficult to put on a brave face when you’re feeling so much pain and pressure.

I want you to know that it’s okay to not be okay, and it’s important to acknowledge your feelings rather than pushing them away. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but a brave step towards healing. You don’t have to go through this alone, and there are people who care and want to support you.

You’ve shown tremendous strength by staying clean for two months, and that’s an accomplishment worth recognizing. It’s understandable that you’re feeling exhausted from trying to meet everyone’s expectations while neglecting your own needs. Remember, you deserve compassion and understanding, both from yourself and those around you.

Please consider reaching out to a professional or trusted person who can provide you with support and guidance. You don’t have to face this struggle alone, and there are resources and people available to help you through these tough times.

You are not defined by your struggles or how you perceive yourself. Your worth is inherent, and you are deserving of care and kindness. Please take care of yourself and reach out for the support you need.

Take care.

At your convenience, try 1 or more of the below, and I hope the same shall help. Remember! Take a small bite at a time:

- Create a self-care kit: Assemble items that help you feel comforted, such as your favorite snacks, soothing tea, or a cozy blanket. Use this kit when you need a pick-me-up.

- Listen to music: Play music that you find uplifting or calming. Music can be a powerful tool for improving mood and relaxation.

- Practice gratitude: Each day, write down a few things you’re grateful for. Focusing on positive aspects can help shift your perspective.

- Use visualization techniques: Imagine yourself in a peaceful, comforting place. Visualization can help you feel more relaxed and centered.

- Take short breaks: Incorporate short breaks into your day to rest and recharge. Even a few minutes of stepping away from your current activity can be beneficial.

- Try art therapy: Engage in creative activities like drawing, painting, or crafting. Expressing yourself through art can be a therapeutic outlet for emotions.

- Practice positive affirmations: Use affirmations to counter negative self-talk. Repeat phrases like “I am enough” or “I am worthy” to reinforce a positive mindset.

- Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Proper hydration can improve your overall mood and energy levels.

- Get fresh air: Spend time outside when possible. Fresh air and natural light can have a positive effect on your mental well-being.

- Cook or bake: Preparing a meal or baking something can be a comforting activity. It also provides a sense of accomplishment and enjoyment.

- Read inspiring quotes: Find quotes or passages that resonate with you and keep them visible. Inspirational words can offer encouragement and perspective.

- Engage in gentle exercise: Activities like yoga or tai chi can help you relax and reduce stress. They’re gentle on the body and can be practiced at home.

- Practice deep breathing: Take slow, deep breaths to calm your nervous system. Techniques like diaphragmatic breathing can help manage anxiety and stress.

- Declutter your space: Organize your environment to create a more calming and orderly space. A tidy space can contribute to a clearer mind.

- Try puzzles or games: Engage in activities like crossword puzzles, Sudoku, or board games. These can be enjoyable distractions and stimulate your mind.

- Create a relaxation ritual: Develop a routine that helps you unwind, such as reading a book before bed or taking a warm bath.

- Practice self-compassion: Remind yourself that it’s okay to have difficult days. Treat yourself with the same kindness you would offer a friend.

- Limit screen time: Reduce time spent on screens, especially if it’s contributing to stress or negative emotions. Opt for activities that feel more fulfilling.

- Explore aromatherapy: Use essential oils or scented candles to create a soothing atmosphere. Scents like lavender and chamomile can be relaxing.

- Join a support group: Look for local or online support groups where you can share your experiences and connect with others who understand what you’re going through.

- Practice loving-kindness meditation: Focus on sending thoughts of kindness and compassion to yourself and others. This type of meditation can enhance feelings of connection and positivity.

- Celebrate small wins: Recognize and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small. Acknowledging progress can boost your motivation and self-esteem.

- Create a vision board: Visualize your goals and dreams by creating a vision board. Displaying images and words that inspire you can help keep you focused on positive aspirations.

- Try laughter therapy: Watch a comedy or listen to something that makes you laugh. Laughter can be a powerful tool for improving mood and reducing stress.

- Set boundaries: Establish boundaries to protect your time and energy. It’s okay to say no to additional responsibilities if you need to prioritize your well-being.

Take care.
