Hello, as a man, strength exercises helped me a lot in the fight against depression, but, this way is not for everyone, try to find something that helps you, it's just that physical exercises often help us feel better, but you don't need to do them if you experience negative emotions, this is one of the tips, but i would recommend thinking about what exactly makes you feel such feelings, because understanding what makes you less happy will help you become happier, please remember that everything is individual and you should not put pressure on yourself if you fail to do something like what i described, you are individual and special, and this is normal, and good, everything will be fine because you are already know that you have a problem that needs to be solved, and this is already 50% of solving the problem, the remaining 50% is the search for the solution itself and how to bring it to life. Sorry if my message not have enough benefit, its cause english is not my first language, and im only 16 but i try my best and want you to know that you are not alone, your feelings important, and i wish and hope that everything goes well with you❤️

It must be challenging crying without really knowing the reason you are crying, coupled with little things that make you sad.
