I'd say, give yourself some sensory stimulus.
Try chewing or sipping on something. Or eating while you at are at it.
Try listening to some music, you like. Experiment with it. Maybe anything interesting on TV, radio or YouTube.
Try talking to people on call, if you can, while doing that.
Try placing aromas in different areas, so that you want to go there again and again, and arrange stuff maybe.
Engineer your success, meaning give yourself appropriate rewards when you accomplish these things or tend to yourself while you are doing it. I think I just told about the second type there.
