1.) I'm doing okay, in this very moment. Today has been a roller coaster of emotions, if I'm being quite frank.
2.) Hm, I think my favorite thing to treat myself would have to be drawing. I think drawing is a great treat because I feel as though I've worked hard enough through the day to relax and draw away. :3
3.) A habit I want to start for self love is more positive self talk. I feel as though I'm way to harsh on myself, so I think positive self talk and being kind to myself when things get tough will help me with a lot.💙
I'm glad you're doing well right now. What kind of drawings do you do? I like to consider myself as an artist as well.
I’m doing fine. My favorite thing to do to treat myself is listen to music or eat or sleep. I want to start working out.

1) I've actually been really good! I've been on medical leave for awhile but this week I finally got to go back to work! 2)My favorite thing to treat myself to is CBD. I usually don't use it to to often unless I really need it for pain and anxiety but when I do it's the best calm ever. 3) that's so funny that Im reading this question. I wouldn't have known what to answer except this morning I walked into my backyard that sits on a creek and there was this beautiful light breeze and sun so I've been sitting out here disconnecting and meditating my intentions for the day! I want to do this every morning!

1. I’m doing okay. I just started on 7cups, and I feel like having a support network is slowly lifting a weight off me. 2. Those cheesy craft kits you can find in stores. It gives a quick sense of accomplishment without an intense time investment. 3. Jotting down 1 positive thing a day. Setting up one achievable productivity goal a day (e.g. complete one ____ report)

Today was one of those "one item" days for me. Got some bad news (rejected application) and couldn't pay enough attention to what I was trying to read for work after. Only worked pre-13.30 in the end.
Now, maybe some tea.
1) I’m not doing very well. I’m in the midst of a bad depression cycle. 2) I like to treat myself with something from my wishlist. I have a reward system for my goals and achievements. 3) I want to work on myself daily, something I’ve been avoiding my whole life

Have you see a Medical Doctor for your depression,yet?
If not that is were you should start, get a good work up.

1.) How are you doing? so far I’m doing okay but I know that can change any moment so I’m just hoping today will turn out alright. 2.) What is your favorite thing to treat yourself? hmm.. well I don’t get a whole lot of opportunities to properly treat myself so I’ll go with a nice cup of coffee for now. 3.) what habits do you want to start for self love? well I’m a spiritual person so I wanna focus on manifestations to become the best version of myself for now! And work on a better mindset in general.

I agree haha also to kinda update on this: I’ve taken my first little steps into the right direction. I’ve picked up playing guitar which is something I’ve wanted to do for years now and ordered clothes I’ve always wanted to wear! It was kinda a hassle though hahaha
I'm not feeling the best. I've noticed a decline in my mental health lately and I am trying to manage and not slip deep into depressive thoughts. I am in the process of moving out on my own and getting a new job in hopes that a change in environment will improve my mood, it is extremely hard to stay motivated because I feel like "what's the point" "nothings ever going to change" and such things. There's so much to do and it feels like I don't have enough in me to make it happen.
It can be really hard when you are in the middle of that process and haven't quite reached the new destination yet - especially during a pandemic. But you are working towards it and that is what matters. @ToniShirahoshi
1. I felt on the verge of another break down. 2. Skincare and hair care, made me felt special and deserving. 3. I want to be able to treat others with so much love and compassion and kindness as i treat myself.

Why do i keep going blank in my mindset i really dislike it it make me weird to people in im far from weird why does this happen to me im i didnt use to be like this i use to be active in fun in full of excitement
