Hi guys I’m doing a little better today feeling a bit brighter! I did a little exercise this morning just 20 mins but it’s been one of my goals to get back into the habit of online workouts at home it was helping me before and I know it’s a good thing to be moving my body! I found a quote today that I loved and was very encouraging so I would like to share it with you guys in hopes it will encourage you too it goes like this: “Strength grows in the moments when you think you can’t go on but you keep going anyway” Just keep swimming right 😉

@socialite777 makes me motivated to start workout too, haha. It used to help me so much, but I dont do it anymore as its just so hard to begin.
@RelaxedPanda the best way to get something done is simply to begin! It’s hard I know but once you do it it gets easier start small and start with something you enjoy the rest will come!
