I wanted to feel happy,creative and inspired My music calmed me and helped me feel happy Drink a tea,go take a warm bath and or take a long nap.

1. I want to control my emotions, I want to enjoy more and stop worrying about things that I can't control. 2. My friends they constantly make me feel really precious. 3. Take a bath and give myself some time

1 relax, hope and escape from this circle 2 i know the end of it, now i just have to know my path to not regret anything in the future 3 clean the house, take a shower, write my thoughts and study

I felt happy and inspired when I listened to some inspiring and chilling tracks on YT in the break during lectures!

I can listen to music and read books!

I want to feel happy, accomplished, and content with everything I've done.

Waking up feeling sore, that means I put in a lot of effort in my workout yesterday and it makes me feel good.
3.) What can you do for self care today?
I can do yoga/stretch and heat therapy to take care of my body!
