Can't sleep...
Hi everyone... It's 1.38am still not able to sleep....is there anyone else too can not sleep at night....
Hi, I'm sorry for your situation. It's not easy to sleep sometimes. It happens to me sometimes. What do you think about doing any activity you want that doesn't include screens? Sometimes works. It might seem like you're having more energy at first, but as the time passes, your brain will begin to be distracted and that's okay. You'll began to feel sleepy and those thoughts lose intensity.

Hi! There can be many reasons behind this. Most common reason is that we have all kind of thoughts in our mind and they don't let us relax. What works for me most of the time is a proper sleep routine. This becomes a ritual and helps me relax. It would include some basic things - taking a shower, brushing my teeth, moisturize and reading a book. That gives a signal to my mind that it's time to sleep. You can also try meditation sessions. I use an app called 'Medito'. It is free and has 10-20 mins sessions or you can use YouTube sessions too.
Writing your thoughts down before you sleep can also help sometimes. If you need names of the apps, you can reach out and I'll let you know:)
Or of course you can go gadget free.
Just try to wrap up your day in different ways and see what works. And if the problem persists, then you can definitely consider talking to a doctor.
