I adopted two cats a few years ago, and they are the most wonderful, loving companions and I have a close bond with both of them. They've been incredibly good for my mental health as I stay home in quarantine!

I have a lot to reflect on and be grateful for. The best thing I would say for now is finding 7 cups. I really needed the support provided through this app to get through this tough time I'm having.

Everything I did till now, or my mistakes or my smile... Everything which made me who I am today is what happened best.

Meeting the love of my life, and also Meeting my therapist. I wouldn't be alive if either of them hadn't come into my life when I needed them the most. I'm so thankful for how far I've come.
This took me a while to think about, but my best friend, whom I've basically adopted as my sister, is the best thing to ever happen to me. She came from a rough home and was put into the system, where she ended up with family friends, that's how we met originally. She went through so much just by the time I met her when she was 13 and now she goes out of her way to get me little gifts and show up at my house because she misses me. She's 22 now, married with a daughter and I would do anything for her. She's the best thing that ever happened to me.
The best thing that ever happened to me was joining 7cups and meeting so many amazing people that I call my friends.

The best thing that happened to me was when I realized that my GPA was a 3.8 because I want to go to Boston College and that was the best.
This is a very hard question. I will answer just about today. I love that my daughter and I had a very nice brisk walk together. That was the best thing that happened to me today.
I was born into a loving and supportive family :)
