Whats your favourite aussie word?
Hello humans of australia and the wider internet,
So i was reading through facebook the other day and i came across quite a funny video about aussie slang, link for the video is HERE. And It gave me an idea. It seems us as a people love to abbreviate things or find any word we can and make a slang version of said word. Now my idea involves asking you guys what is your favourite Aussie word whether it be slang or comepletely made up! or tell us a word you either think no one has heard of or made up yourself .

Ankle biter. It's a funny expression, and the fact that it's used to designate a child/toddler is even funnier.

that is funny! We use the expression ankle biter in the US for a little dog that has a tendency to snap (like my neigbor's dog LOL). We use the expressions - rug rats, crumb catchers or snot nose for little kids in some areas of the US.
