What is your favourite Australian animal part 1 !

CelegnirCuthalion May 15th, 2017

Hey hoomans of the internet!

WE SURRENDER!! just kidding..

So i had a little idea while doing a uni assignment recently for a game we could play on here. The assignment was I had to design a bar with an art style and i chose a art style that was very naturally influenced. I was doing one the toliet doors and decided to make the symbols certain animals which got me thinking.....what is my favourite animal. After alot of shower thoughts later i came up with this game. What is your favourite Australian animal.

Rules:

This will be part one of the game, part two shall come out in two days. Okay the first part of the game is to identify which animal you like the most! It can be any animal you want, but it HAS TO BE NATIVE TO AUSTRALIA. Once you have selected your animal you must name it in a post below for everyone to see and explain why you chose that animal. After the two days have passed i will bring out the second part of the challenge which will be extra fun and depends on how many people we have respond.

For those not from Australia you can check out this link of Australian animals ------->HERE

LET THE GAMES COMMENCE!

KANGAROO HANDS DOWN.
"Yew wanna foit moit? I'll bring yew a fight" - The expression that is given when a kangaroos is given even the slightest intimidation as it gets readied to pummel you with its ultra fine 'pecks' and skinny, yet intriguing arms that pack a punch. They deliver so much impact, you are probably guaranteed to be KO'ed in the span of time of saying "Ozzie ozzie ozzie, oi oi oi".

@Emstar did you know dingoes arent technically a native species to Australia The Dingo is Australia's wild dog. It was probably introduced to Australia by Asian seafarers about 4,000 years ago. Its origins have been traced back to a south Asian variety of Grey Wolf (Canis lupus lupus) surprise

My favourite Australian animal, is the clownfish, because I remember as a child, Finding Nemo was my favourite movie, then when I'd go to an aquarium, it was the first fish I'd look for. I would use to say "don't worry nemo, it's okay." Bless those 'lil clownfish :3

Koala. Because it is cute, and more importantly, it is one of the very special animals which we can only see in Australia. And it gives me feeling of relaxation to watch their daily lives. :)

Heehee, this sounds fun Chele~ For the past two months I've been in Australia... I have to say that my favorite is the wombat! :) I love the adorable two front teeth they have that stick out and the fact that they have backward facing pouches! So special! At first, I thought they were bear cubs :O But my favorite part is how they are lazy just like me. :) Can't wait for part two!

@CelegnirCuthalion Gaaah~ Lucky lucky! :) Fluffy wombats... Let me join you guys next time! Now I feel like I'm missing out on life. If they're wild, you must be out to the rural areas? That's where the spiders and snakes are from what I hear :P

Haha yeah I love snakes! Umm well we don't have an outdoor toilet...so no they don't come out of the toilets πŸ˜‚ but they do hide under wood and in bushes and trees! Especially behind the shed too - but you just take gumboots and a shovel wherever you go :)

@Azurentz New Zealand is not part of the continent of Australia, but of the separate, submerged continent of Zealandia. New Zealand and Australia are both part of the wider regions known as Australasia and Oceania
