✍ What are the 5 things you want to do more of for better mental health?
@SoulfullyAButterfly
Hear myself think- I often tune out my mind because of how loud the world is.
Take small steps, instead of big impulsive steps that never complete the journey: I make commitments that I cannot fulfill to the end due to impulsiveness caused by emotions.
Write more. I love writing, but at the same time it scares me.
I don't think this is up to five, but I cannot think of anything more.
Thank you for this💖
